Recommendation ITU-T Y.3083 specifies the reference model of on-site, elastic and autonomous Information-Centric Networking (ICN), which can meet all the requirements of a look-up-based forwarding ICN network, as described in Recommendation ITU-T Y.3075, and also support instant readdressing and routing.
