This Standard specifies the method of analysis for tetra-through octachlorodibenzo-para-dioxins, tetra-through octachlorodibenzofurans and dioxin-like PCBs in exhaust gas which are generated by combustion, chemical reactions and discharged to a flue, stack or duct in stationary source emissions using a gas chromatograph coupled to a mass spectrometer.
