This Standard specifies the method for tests and assessment, by visual check or with a measuring instrument, of the cleanliness, probability of condensation and surface roughness on the steel surface of which surface preparation was performed by abrasive blast-cleaning before applying paints to steel products and coating related products for the corrosion prevention and rust prevention.
