Specifies Mk 3 Mod 0 and Mk 12 Mod 1 metal material handling pallets (for ordnance items) for use on fork trucks, pallet trucks, and pallet slings. The pallets consist of a steel wire grid deck attached to a sheet steel supporting structure which provides 4-way entry for material handling equipment.
