This specification covers NET, CARGO TIE-DOWN, AIRCRAFT PALLET, designated HCU-7/E, HCU-7A/E and HCU-15/C. The HCU-7/E and HCU-7A/E can be considered completely interchangeable with one another, with the exception of HCU-7A/E nets usable for low profile loads.
