This specification covers activated carbon impregnated with copper, silver, zinc and
molybdenum compounds and triethylenediamine (TEDA) for use as a sorbent for all known and
suspected military chemical weapons agents. Throughout this specification, the term “carbon” refers to an impregnated, activated carbon. For definitions of sampling terms used in this specification, see 6.8.
