Identifies provisions for labelling the composition of the parts of the plumage to be used as fillings and the species of fowl from which the parts are taken (land- or waterfowl). Covers finished feather and down materials, used to fill manufactured items, at each stage of commercial distribution. Does not cover fillings which have in excess of 0.5% foreign matter.
