Establishes a procedure for the determination of the heel attachment of footwear. Applicable to woman's high and medium heeled footwear. Measures the rigidity of the shoe backpart during normal walking; the force required to detach the heel, and the amount of permanent deformation of the backpart when a fairly large force is applied to the heel in a backward direction.
