Aims to be used at helicopter terminals when flying to the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Provides the recommended practice for handling travellers when there are irregularities in connection with alcohol, illegal narcotic substances and intoxicating medication. Employees who are under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances will be refused transportation to the Shelf.
