Purpose of this agreement is to standardize tactical air imagery annotations for the guidance of the following: a. The Requestor/User - To aid the requestor/user in the correlation between interpretation reports and the supporting imagery. b. The Imagery Interpreter - To guide the imagery interpreter in the methods and procedures for annotating imagery.
