The purpose of this document is to: (1) provide a proposed replacement for the Aggregate AMA requirements for packet switched calls in Section 8 of the Public Packet Switched Network Generic Requirements (PPSNGR), TR-TSY-000301, Issue 2, December 1988, & (2) proposed new miscellaneous AMA packet requirements. This replacement provides Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed packet switch Aggregate AMA generic requirements stating them in a way that is consistent with other, more recent, AMA requirements, & it updates and revises existing PPSN AMA requirements. This document is intended to be used in concert with the PPSNGR, ISDN AMA Generic Requirements & existing AMA requirements documents.
