Presents proposed generic requirements for the AMA Data Networking System (AMADNS), which provides the following primary functions: transfering AMA data from Generating Systems to various system components, processing and managing the AMA data & distributing the data to multiple Applications, including the invoice processing Application located at a Revenue Accounting Office. Addresses the functional features of the system components, which include Data Servers, the Data Processing & Management Systems (DPMS) and the System manager. It proposes the use of standard protocols for the interfaces between the system components and to AMADNS from Generating Systems & Applications.
