Provides automatic message accounting requirements that are generally applicable to switching systems & other network elements. Significant changes have been made to this module. It now incorporates requirements originally released in TA-TSY-000453: establishing the concept of translation-settable AMA data record parameters; introducing the concept of modules to Bellcore AMA Format (BAF); introducing a mechanism (fill procedure) for nulling BAF data fields not required; & adding a new section (Administration of Bellcore AMA Format).
