Diese Norm enthält Anforderungen für Schläuche, die aus Polyethylenterephthalat-Garn hergestellt und mit einem Harz gering imprägniert sind, um mechanische Festigkeit zu erlangen. Der Schlauch darf unter geeigneten Verhältnissen bei Temperaturen bis zu 130 grad C eingesetzt werden. Er ist üblicherweise mit Innendurchmessern zwischen 1 mm und 12 mm in folgenden Farben erhältlich: Naturfarben, blau, rot, gelb, schwarz, grün und braun.
