Der Rundlaufversuch (RND) dient hauptsächlich der Bestimmung der hydrodynamischen Kräfte und Momente in Abhängigkeit von der Winkelgeschwindigkeit um die z-Achse, bei Ubooten im getauchten Zustand auch um die y-Achse.
