Defines a routine reference method for determining the moisture content of cereals and cereal products. Applicable to; wheat, durum wheat, rice, barley, millet, oats, rye, sorghum, triticale, kaffir in the form of grains, milled grains, flour and semolina. Not applicable to maize.
