Requirements for a park home (previously called a mobile home or residential caravan) used as a permanent dwelling. Minimum sizes for rooms, requirements for means of escape, thermal insulation and installation of lighting, heating, cooking and sanitary equipment. Also, colours and a notice giving fire prevention advice.
